On the 4th of May 2025, join Round Table National President Steve Eccles as he embarks on an incredible mission: cycling 200km in a single day from the Anthony Nolan Laboratory in London to the birthplace of Round Table, Norwich.
This epic journey is dedicated to raising vital funds for Anthony Nolan, marking 50 years of partnership between Round Table and the charity in support of their life-saving work.
THE 200KM ROUTE FROM LONDON TO NORWICH.
The ride begins in London and winds through the stunning countryside of Essex, Suffolk, and Norfolk, featuring picturesque scenery and some rolling hills. Here’s what to expect
Base Location: Great Dunmow, Essex
Transport: Minibus travel from Great Dunmow to the starting point at Anthony Nolan Laboratory early in the morning.
Ride Format: Small groups led by dedicated ride leaders.
Support: Three food stops along the route, providing refreshments and encouragement.
Celebration: A celebratory gathering in Norwich upon completing the ride, followed by a return to Dunmow via minibus.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?
This challenge is designed for experienced cyclists who are accustomed to long-distance rides. Here’s what you need to know:
Entry Fee: £20 non-refundable entry fee, which includes:
Transport to start and back again for you and your bike
An Anthony Nolan cycling jersey
Food and refreshments along the route
Fundraising Goal: We ask all riders to raise a minimum of £250 (or more!) to support Anthony Nolan’s life-saving work. People who sign up will be provided a link to join Steve’s fundraising team.

If you don't fancy getting on the saddle, you can get involved in plenty of other ways. We'll need volunteers for transport, checkpoint marshals and someone to massage Steve's legs.
